February Option Investing – DRN Covered Calls – Updated

As you may have noticed, I like to keep an eye out for trading opportunities as the expiration date approaches. At one point last year, I was able to make 1% return on the Friday before expiration…not bad for 4 hours in the market.

Today, DRN broke above the latest level of technical resistance (around 64) so I added some additional covered calls to my holdings of DRN. I sold calls at $64 and $65 (both above my share price) since DRN (and the market) are in uptrends.

Gross Cashflow (today): ~$348.74 USD
